4. Booking and execution of events
When you book an event at the winery, we process the personal data necessary for planning, organizing, and executing the event. This may include, in particular, contact details, billing information, event details, organizational information, and individual requests regarding the execution of your event.
The processing is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, communicating with you, coordinating with service providers and ensuring the proper handling of your event.

We store data relating to bookings and invoices in accordance with the statutory retention periods.
Personal data will be deleted or anonymized once the respective purpose ceases to exist or statutory retention periods expire.
